Hi! I’m Emma and I live in the Highlands of Scotland.
I was diagnosed with hEDS a couple of years ago after a lifetime of injuries that I could no longer manage. I’m an ex soldier and endurance athlete so I’ve put my body through a lot. I have to take it much easier these days.
I love art, riding my mean machine and finding new ways of adapting to enable me, and others, to continue living our best life.
I’ve learnt so much in the past few years and have drawn greatly on support from EDS-UK. Really hoping I can learn even more and be a source of support to others.
