Big impact starts close to home

EDS UK is proud to support communities across the UK, and you can help make a real difference close to home. Whether you host a coffee morning, organise a quiz night, take on a challenge, hold a charity event, or encourage a local business, school, club, or community group to support us, every effort helps raise vital funds and awareness for people living with EDS and HSD.

Whatever your idea, our fundraising team is here to help you make it a success. Simply email fundraising@ehlers-danlos.uk or call 07947 775 781 and we’ll support you every step of the way.

13 for 13

Each October, we celebrate the 13 types of EDS with a fun and flexible fundraising challenge: 13 for 13.

The idea is simple – choose an activity inspired by the number 13 and raise funds to support people living with EDS and HSD. You can be as creative, active, or quirky as you like:

  • Run, walk, or cycle 13 miles
  • Organise a bake-off with 13 colleagues or friends
  • Complete 13 acts of kindness and get sponsored
  • Read 13 books, swim 13 lengths, or learn 13 new skills

What will your 13 be? Need inspiration?

There are no limits – just make the number 13 part of your challenge and have fun! Sign up now and receive a 13 for 13 ideas guide for plenty of fundraising inspiration and practical tips to help you get going.
