Hi, I’m Claire, and I’m delighted to be volunteering as your Area Coordinator for Cheshire East.

I live with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) and I’m neurodivergent, so I understand some of the challenges that can come with navigating complex health conditions, healthcare systems, and the feeling of trying to make sense of it all.

My professional background is in bodywork and movement education, where I’ve spent many years supporting people living with pain, hypermobility and chronic conditions. But what matters most to me in this role is helping create connection, support and community, because living with these conditions can feel incredibly isolating.

I’d love to help create a welcoming local space where people can connect, share experiences, learn from one another, and feel less alone.
