Holly and Ruth

Hi, I’m Holly, a 28-year-old medically retired nurse with a deep passion for helping others.

I’ve lived with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome since I was 15, though I only received a diagnosis two years ago. Alongside EDS, I manage conditions like functional neurological disorder and fibromyalgia—but I don’t let any of that dull my drive to make a positive impact.

Creativity is my therapy: I love all things crafty, and I find joy in creating. At home, I’m surrounded by love from my two cats and one enormous, lovable rabbit—my fur babies.

Hi I am Ruth and I live in East Yorkshire . I am a mum to 2 now adult children and I have been a nurse for 38 years now.

I was diagnosed with “arthritis” at the age of four, hypermobilty in my mid 30’s and hEDS some point in my 40,s – it made lots of things make sense, as I’m sure you all have found. I am 56 now and still managing to work 30 hours a week with lots of adaptations and my knowledge of symptom management.

I am looking forward to speaking or meeting with you.
