I’m Sophie, I’m 34 and currently live in Birmingham with my three year old daughter & husband.

I have hypermobility EDS. I was diagnosed when I was 21. After a lot of going back and forth to doctors and not getting recognised I found my own path to helping my condition.

I am currently volunteering at Oxfam book shop in Kings Heath and I nanny part time for a family.

I am volunteering because I know how important it is to meet other people who understand your condition and can spread awareness about invisible disabilities.
