Hi, Im Amanda, ’m from Welwyn Garden City.
I was diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome in 2016, after over 10 years fighting with doctors and medical professionals.
I’m huge animal lover and do a lot of wildlife rehabilitation. I also love music, especially Metal! I dont let being a ambulatory wheelchair user stop me, I love going to concerts and meeting the bands that mean so much to me. Music has been a huge saviour for me, especially on my worse pain days.
I’m so happy to be the area coordinator for Welwyn Garden City and cannot wait to plan some fun meet ups and get to know local people just like me.
