I am Charlotte and live in Montrose, Angus having moved up from England many years ago.
Despite having had symptoms since I was a child, I only got a full diagnosis recently, at the age of 46; it has been a long battle! Alongside HEDS I have several other conditions which have slowly been impacting my life more and more.
Through The Ehlers-Danlos Support UK I have taken part in the seated yoga and mindfulness course which have been great; the webinars are a big help as well.
I love to spend time with my animals and my daughter as well as being out in nature. I also love learning new skills and reading.
