Hey, I’m Levi (he/him)

When I was 14 my life was uprooted when I had a sudden spike in symptoms, which resulted in me having to leave high school. The diagnostic process was long and hard, a lot of doctors were unwilling to believe me when I would tell them I suspected EDS. I’m sure many others lives have been completely altered by this condition too, which is why I’m so happy to be able to provide support to others going through similar experiences.

Since I did leave school I’ve studied within the animal care industry, with a special interest in veterinary physiotherapy specifically. However, animals in general are incredibly important to me; I love to learn about them, and I will talk about them all the time too. Something I have a specific interest in is the presentation of EDS in other species, as it doesn’t only affect humans.
