Superhero Tri

The Superhero Tri is a triathlon with a difference, giving people with disabilities the opportunity to take part in a large-scale sporting event. Like a traditional triathlon, it includes a swim, cycle and run. However, unlike a traditional event, every team must include at least one participant with a disability and can use any equipment or adaptive aids needed to help all team members complete the course.
Each Superhero is supported by a team of Sidekicks – family members, friends, or carers – who can provide assistance throughout the event. Superheroes can choose to complete as much or as little of the course as they wish, while Sidekicks can step in to cover any sections they prefer not to do. It’s empowering, inclusive, and incredibly inspiring!
Ready, Set, Team Up
Join forces with family and friends to take on a swim, cycle, and run in this unique triathlon. Anyone can enter, provided there is at least one person with a disability on the team.
Your Challenge, Your Way
Participants are welcome to use any equipment they need to help complete their challenge. From floats to boats, trikes to bikes, walkers to wheelchairs – anything goes!
